Many times when people first apply for Social Security Disability, their claim is denied because not all the necessary information was provided, or documents were missing. We can help you get it right the first time. This can save you the time and hassle of having to file an appeal, which is a lengthy process.

THE COST
All of our Social Security cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. What does this mean for you? We do not get paid attorney fees unless we win your case.
If you have been denied SSI or SSDI, the appeal process takes anywhere between 12 to 14 months. We typically cannot speed that process up. During this time, we recommend to our clients the steps they should take to improve their chances of winning on the appeal. We review your medical records to make sure the Administrative Law Judge has as much information as possible when hearing your case. Most Administrative Law Judges will tell you that you have a better chance of winning on appeal if you are represented by an attorney.
